I'm sure the post office is lovely, when it's open. Called there today (16:00, 03-09-24) and the shop is closed. The site appears to be closed for building or remedial work, so revised times from the owners would be helpful.

Refusing services - cherry-picking which parcel is 'essential' and which is not. We will never use it again, luckily, soon we will not need this place at all. It's not up to you which refund is urgent for me, you offer the Post Office franchise and the rules are simple. I'm sending letters or parcels or use any service described in franchise T&Cs, you are doing your job.

Absolutely awful ,sells a grand total of 4 things and doesn’t accept card payments or nationwide transactions . Very disappointed will not be shopping there again !!
