I’ve been coming to this beautiful salon for 4 years, all the girls that work there are, warm, funny, welcoming, hard working and caring.They all offer such amazing services for all people’s needs. They’re expanding on their knowledge all the time. I have frequent visits to boutique hair & beauty, Carly has looked after me for years! She does my hair exactly how I want it and has even dared me to try different styles and colours - which is great as I have very little confidence in myself. Also have my waxing done with Carly - eyebrows and top lip. Again always done to a very professional standard. The girls in the salon are very welcoming and love a chat and a giggle. If you felt a bit down before you went you can guarantee coming out with a smile - great therapy!! Everyone needs are very different and I’ve noticed the girls very much cater to that … if you want quiet time you get that, if you want a chat and a giggle you get that too ☺️. Keep up the good work Carly and crew you all work extra hard and go that extra mile if needed - love what you do I’d be lost without you ❤️

Went in today for a Wash/Cut & Blow Dry with Theresa. I am extremely pleased- my hair looks all glossy & shiny. The Cut is superb . Extremely competative prices. High quality products used on your hair. I would highly recommend

Would recommend to anyone! Before I came to boutique I dreaded the salon, now I look forward to it. Friendly, comfortable and a wealth of knowledge on color, products and styles. My hair has never looked healthier, and is the perfect creamy blonde every time, plus the products smells devine!

Went to Carly for a colour change and she knows exactly what suits me better than me, absolutely love my new colour and her cut is always exactly how I want it, always a great friendly experience in the salon, all the girls are lovely x

I had a perm done here last December. Carly said she didn't do perms but said one of her stylists did.
Firstly I asked Carly if I could just have the top permed to match my natural curls at the bottom. She came back to me and said no, it all needed to be done.
When I went to see Theresa the stylist who was perming my hair I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair to look like. It was a tight perm. She permed my hair with Rods that Carly had chosen and I left with my hair straighter than when I went in. I told Theresa I'd wanted it tighter and she just said she wouldn't do that to me.
I went back a week later as it was all going straight and frizzy. They offered to reperm the straight bits which I declined as my hair wasn't in great condition after the perm they gave me. I never got an apology or any money refunded. Carly just said that there was crossed wires in what I wanted. If Theresa knew her stuff she would have chosen the correct sized rods for the style I asked for not use what Carly had put out.
I've since gone to another salon and had the perm I asked for and I love it.
