Manager is a disgrace & rude and does not know how to deal with customers. Any suppliers letting this company sell the products should remove that privileges. They will loose you money.

Taking peoples card details on unsecured payment line & then not up keeping the sale. To them be told billing doesn’t match even tho I cleared stated to a colleague, my billing and shipping address is different.

Says he refunded my funds with no clarification, without speaking me. Again absolute disgrace.

Anybody that gets treated like this from this company or any bad experience. Report to the finical ombudsman. They should not be allowed to deal with peoples personal details.

First shop assistant I spoke too was pleasant + helpful. I advised him to serve others as I had a lot to look at in the store as renovating more than one house. Second shop assistant was unhelpful,unprofessional + condescending,seemed disinterested in giving any constructive advice. Mumbled at me and made me feel like a pain + looked down on me .
Because of his poor attitude I left without purchasing a thing + I won't go back .
I have at least 4 bathrooms + 2 kitchens all with tiled floors to renovate so it would not have been a small sale.
I feel for the nice assistant having to keep customers happy in the shadow of the unhelpful,disinterested staff member who should be replaced by someone wanting to work with the public .

Great service. Walked in, massive selection of tiles. Greeted by the owner who was upmost helpful, discussed what I wanted and ordered. Everything was delivered within 2 weeks as I asked. Couldn’t have asked for anymore.! Credit to the company.

Very disappointing service. They had a hold-up from a supplier, but failed to inform us, which left us chasing them for three days. They never called back despite repeated calls from us. I would expect a firm to call to say 'we're sorry, there's been a hold-up, your delivery will be delayed for three days.' However simple communication seems to be beyond this firm.

Hi ordered some tiles got prompt delivery as promised but unfortunately we had ordered the wrong tiles and had to send them back.

Horncastle arranged the pick and and refunded the same day they arrived back with them.

I would definitely deal with them again.

Owner is rude, arrogant and sarcastic, makes Basil Fawlty look like a real gentleman. STEER CLEAR. Yes as the owners response, I was not a customer, I was looking in the shop, getting ready to place an order, when I observed the owners attitude, so just walked out.

This was my second visit In 10 days (70 mile round trip), this time to collect a sample, so I was a serious buyer. From my previous visit I had on Boston Heating Ltd headed paper a scribbled note “ 29m2 wood effect tiles £986 delivery £35.
As I was about to spend £1000+ I requested a more detailed quote. The guy serving me who I can only assume was the boss just blew his top, rude, patronising, argumentative. He could not see why on earth I needed a written quote and that I should place my trust with his company. When I pointed out that my scrap of paper made no reference to the tile range, colour or. size, or any reference to Horncastle tiles, their address telephone number or e mail address. Therefore they could deliver any tile and I had no way of proving what I ordered.
His measured professional response “ if that happens you could place it in dispute with your credit card company” BRiILLIANT.
This guy MAY know a something about tiles but clearly very little about customer service.
Give them a wide berth I have.

Appalling customer service. Was promised multiple times that the director would call me back to discuss the return of an unwanted order but the call never came. Would certainly not use Horncastle Tiles/Tiledealer again. If you're expecting any sort of after sales service go elsewhere.
