Buyers beware !!! I ordered a table and chairs on the 23/12/24 I was promised delivery 4/1/25 , then I had to chase Claire as to where it was , 11/1/2025 was the new delivery date , I said I would like a refund , I am still waiting .
I have now had to go through my bank to resolve this matter and to get my money refunded.
Such a shame when you try to support a local small business and the customer care and communication is totally lacking.
Claire has now refused to engage to end this matter .

My elderly mother purchase dining room table & 4 chairs … waited a month for them to arrive .. within 3 months 2 chairs started to come apart even though they had very little use .. after numerous conversations about how the issue could be resolved Claire finally agreed that if we paid a charge of £30 they could be repaired & returned … no after sales customer service .. very poor ! Cannot recommend sadly 😢

Bought the most beautiful, chunky coffee table, with three drawers. Excellent correspondence with the shop and free delivery in Honiton was a huge bonus. Delivered in perfect condition and has made a welcome edition to the living room. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again.

Lovely shop in Honiton. I purchased a Dining Set and Claire was really helpful and gave so much advice and helped me choose the colour that was perfect for my kitchen. The delivery guys were really funny and very helpful. Would highly recommend this beautiful shop.

Lovely family run business the furniture is absolutely stunning, very well priced. All the homely accessories are just beautiful. Claire is such a bubbly women aswell as her husband. Defo be buying again.
