This is the second bed we have bought from Peter Betteridge and yet again they have given us 5* service, especially considering it was all done over the phone and by email (as we live at the opposite end of the country!). It's an absolutely beautiful bed to look at - and of course very comfortable indeed! Paul Freeman (in the Honiton branch I think?) could not have been more helpful at every stage of the way, culminating in a follow up call a few nights after delivery to make sure we were sleeping well!

Superior service is alive and well in Honiton.
So much choice, staff who know their product - We were really impressed and cannot speak highly enough of Sam.
She patiently listened to our needs and then over a good few hours she helped us to navigate through trying the various beds to find the one that best matched our criteria.
The delivery team were also communicative, punctual and professional in their task.
We are so glad we made the trip to see their extensive range of beds, absolutely delighted with the choice we made and we would strongly recommend this company.

What great service, I found a relatively low cost clearance side table, the team at Peter Betteridge where excellent, they dealt with it like any other purchase regardless of cost. A particular mention to Paul, he personally made sure the item arrived promptly and undamaged, a real star and credit to the store!!!

We cannot recommend this wonderful shop highly enough. Having had our fingers, and bank accounts, burnt with 2 recent mattress purchases from a well-known national "bed expert" where we had spent a significant amount if money after a hard sell by the team there. We came across Peter Betteridge and the experience was the complete polar opposite. Sam was brilliant. She listened to us, properly, showed us several possible mattresses and gave us all the time we wanted, we genuinely felt that what she was doing was completely in our own vested interest. There was no hard sell, no pushing "offers", in fact the advice was not to make a decision on that day but to come back and lie on the mattress we liked another time for as long as we liked. Once we had decided on the mattress the attention to detail on the ordering, logistics, delivery was excellent and entirely to suit us. She even called a couple of days after delivery to check we were happy and has encouraged us to contact her if we have any questions. Needless to say we love our new mattress and would recommend these people happily.
