shell fuel card didn't work here even though its a shell station! forecourt eye then rips you off with admin charges, they're similar to the private parking cowboys - no recourse or reasonability. avoid the place, especially as the newer staff are rude too

I pop in here quite often on a morning, the staff are always kind and helpful, they give a good fast service, to get people in and out the store, without having to wait around in long ques. They is also a car wash facility available which is carried out by yourself at a good price and also facilities to pump your tyres up. Certainly recommend!

I can cope with miserable staff and the speed of service (slow) however the biggest issue is opening times. The timings don't marry up with what is published, for example 20:45 on a wed it was shut, and approx. 18:00 on a Tue this week with multiple examples in the past as well. Guess it is great for other businesses in the area, the petrol station down the road was jam packed!

Excellent store, amazing staff working everyday throughout this pandemic. They’re always smiling and very welcoming, couldn’t be more helpful. They’re also very quick to sort out any mistakes, so if there is a problem it’s easy to sort out by reviewing cctv. I don’t often leave reviews but the lady reviewing before me slated the staff, when the problem could’ve been easily fixed.
Good selection of fresh food, an in store bakery and a costa machine. Just the right sized shop, perfect for when you need to go shopping but can’t be bothered with a big store.

Convenient location just off main road into Harrogate from Ripon/Ripley/Skipton, inside petrol station. Has similar range to a local Co-op, plus petrol station items. Handy for picking up items on Sunday/Bank Holidays when 'normal' shops are shut.

Twice I have lost money from shopping here now - first time I gave too much cash and they said I didn't when I know for a fact I did. Someone said they would call me after cash up but heard nothing. Second time someone scanned one of my bottles of prosecco 3 times instead of once - meaning I lost out on another £15 there. So far have lost £35 due to this store. Awful

I popped in on friday night to pay for my fuel, two counters/tills were open, upon approaching one of the counters the the gentleman told me he was on a break and told me to que at the second counter, which i did. Literally 10 seconds into queuing a Caucasian customer came in and was served by the gentleman who was supposedly on his break!!!. Meanwhile i was still behind one customer. Frankly disappointing in 2021 there is still subtle racism going on. To the gentleman who behind the counter who found it amusing at the same time, you need to look around the planet, there are people of many ethnic backgrounds and colour.

I never been so annoyed got here at 5:50 and seat in a line for the pump for almost 10 minutes then when I finally got to the pump and got out ready to pump my full a staff member shouts out of the door across the forecourt that I can't get full as there closing this is at 6pm during rush hour after watching people line up at the pumps there was no sign saying they where closing early or any indication that they where planning on closing they just stud there waiting for people to get to the pump they shouting at them what a joke I would have understand if there was a sign or they come out and told everyone waiting but shouting out of a open door isn't on if I could do zero stars I would
