Management Take Heed! Health and Safety Issue! Awful experience today! The staff insist on continuing with relocation of food shelving whilst the customers are shopping. A shelf almost fell on my foot and Iit was impossible to gain access to one of the chilled cabinets as shelving was in front of it. These tasks should be done outside customer hours. Management need to seriously look at this store - apart from all this the availability of many main products was often non existent. Lots of empty shelves.

Wide range of products available. Kind and helpful staff they is also a boots chemist within the store aswell as a post office which is very handy! Quick service and also self checkout available so you're not waiting around. Certainly recommend.

Too many customers not wearing masks and not keeping 2m distance and no evidence of staff requesting compliance with rules. Trolleys and baskets not sanitized after each customer use. The store itself is well stocked and convenient.

It's much improved. A few years ago this was a dire shopping experience but they've recently done it out with a total refit inside. It's now modern and the produce is good, esp fresh produce.

I'd say forget old memories and try it out.

My favourite place to buy cleaning products and toiletries. A range of not tested on animals (bunny certified) cosmetics and cleaning products at affordable prices... I always thought we pay too much more for the labels and what's involved in it. Their certified own brand is just as good, if not better as it's simple & without all the extras that I don't need. Also staff is always polite and friendly, long opening times allow to pop in late if you forgot something. There's a post office on site which is quite handy and Boots Pharmacy, too. It's a mini shopping centre I like to go to. Enough free parking spaces for everyone.
