Anna was brilliant, she explained in detail all the products that she used. Gave me options before applying makeup , asked questions about what I would like. I was assisted by Bex today in store, and I cannot tell you how helpful, informative and all round fantastic she was. All of the team welcomed me, and Bex offered such a unique and personalised experience for me, and got me onto the items I needed without any stress or problems. I will definitely be back to purchase gifts again, especially being a male buying for a female, with little to no knowledge, she made the whole process effortless!

I was greeted by an amazing consultant; xhe was great. She understood what I needed help and support with. Unfortunately I wasn’t booked in with her, I was booked in with someone else and she missed the brief completely. I was so upset as I had been so excited about the consultation. I spent £190 on products and didn’t receive any free samples. I decided to return 2 of my purchases the following day and the consultant could not have been less helpful or engaging and barely spoke to acknowledge me during the transaction. Very disappointing
