Visited this lovely shop on a trip to the Cotswolds back in December. Susan helped me pick out yarn that would match my needs for a project I was working on and even helped me double check that I was buying a sufficient amount. The store had excellent selection. I would make this my go-to shop if I only lived closer! Highly recommend.

I visited Broadway for a short Christmas break and stumbled upon this woollen gem in the arcade, knowing that my partner loves a bit of knitting and crafting I had to dive in to treat her to something being the "typical" male I am, I was extremely grateful to be welcomed in by a lady named Sue who kitted me out with everything I needed to put a smile on my partners face, Sue couldn't do enough for me, customer service was above and beyond and she certainly knew her stuff, Many thanks and hope to see you again next Christmas.

Amazing shop and staff. I seldom get chance to visit, but even on the phone or by messaging online, so much help has been given to me over the past few years. As a result my family sport several new jumpers and other smaller items too.
Five stars doesn't really seem enough.

This shop is an Aladdin's cave, you can almost always find what you want, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. I thoroughly recommend this shop for all of your knitting, crochet and sewing needs.

I can't express how useful and helpful this shop is. We all wish to support local businesses and Sue has proved that the service from a shop is so much better than faceless online shops. Always ready to help with choices and suggestions on crafting and yarn ideas. We even had deliveries throughout lock down to keep us going. Sue has gone out of her way to try and keep everyone safe during a difficult time with clear signage, sanitizer and limiting people in the shop all which takes time and money to implement. I cant fault the shop in any way.
