Excellent service. It was quiet and the staff member was already fetching my items as I walked from the monitor to the cash desk.
In the past if ordering things not in stock in the local store I have ordered online in the morning and collected them later in the day. A good service for Bude where larger store shopping involves a drive.

Ive been in argos in Sainsbury’s a few times and every time i have been served by shabby sarcastic rude members of staff yesterday i went in and a very sarcastic shabby looking guy called Arthur served me he wouldn't change my item nor would he give me my other item that i had come to collect other workers also joined in to laugh at me and there attitude was disgusting arthur was sarcastic right from the start so obviously i wasnt happy dont they get any customer service training ? How on earth do these shabby looking rude people get these jobs simply awful attitudes i will be taking this further and reporting these individuals higher up

I paid for something on the app approximately 30 minutes before going into the store, the app said it was in stock and ready to collect straight away. I got my FT number but I hadn’t had a text with the four digit code yet, I’ve had this before so didn’t think it would be an issue. I got to the till and explained to the woman I hadn’t had the text yet but it says ready to collect now, showing her what it says on my app. She said it wasn’t ready and i’d get a text soon when it’s in stock. I said it was in stock however she refused to check the FT number and didn’t want to deal with me. Poor service from a rude member of staff.

I visited the Argos store in bude sainsburys yesterday and I had the most lovely experience, I don’t remember the name of the staff member I spoke to, but he was born for customer service! Such a lovely, helpful guy and just a great interaction! The bude store is definitely doing all the right things.

Came in to get a Star Wars Lego set with my boyfriend and had the loveliest most helpful staff member “caja”. Was very efficient basically running the entire store. Honestly Argos need to rethink who they have incharge , definitely needs a raise.
