Second visit to the Wardrobe Shop today. A big thank you to Christine and Marianne for all of their help. Last time I walked away with 13 items and this time I’ve purchased 9 items including 2 pairs of high heels. By far the best costumer service I have ever experienced. A lovely shop, excellent quality items at fabulous prices. I’ve purchased American, Italian and English designer brands nearly all being brand new. Will be back in December. Thank you

I recently visited The Wardrobe in Welford to browse and look for an evening dress. I was successful in both objectives, with some suggestions from Christine. I purchased three jumpers, two from Jigsaw and one a chic Italian jumper, and a lovely pair of For All Mankind Jeans all in excellent condition. Christine helped me with the jumpers and suggested I try on an evening dress which fitted me perfectly and was exactly what I need for an event later this year.

A visit to The Wardrobe is a joy. The clothes are in very good condition, clean and organised beautifully around the shop. I love looking around and finding something interesting and often unique. The Wardrobe also sells shoes, hats, accessories, bags etc.

Christine and her staff are professional and available to help anyone looking for something in particular. The quality of the stock is high and very good value for the price you pay.

I have visited the shop for about 8 years+ and never been disappointed. If I have not bought anything, I find inspiration. I highly recommend a visit.

I would not recommend this store at all. I arranged for Christine to come out to assess many beautiful clothes and shoes. I was working on a time frame - she cancelled and advised me to go to her. It was an hour and a half round trip. It was like a ‘Pretty Woman’ moment when I walked into the shop. I was looked up and down - very unwelcoming by her and her colleague. She did not look through everything as there were things in the bag that my mum had not even worn - they still had labels on!! She just said they were no good! Really rude. She made a very distressing time even more distressing and I cried all the way home. Very unhelpful, rude, showed no empathy - just dreadful

I’ve spent many happy hours, over the last couple of years, browsing through the extensive range of good quality pre-loved designer clothes, shoes, bags, boots and jewellery at The Wardrobe.. I have never managed to come out of the shop with only one item, it’s usually a bag full and I haven’t been disappointed with anything I’ve bought. Fortunately my daughter, who often comes with me, is a couple of sizes smaller than me so we exit with a bag of goodies each…… one bag, sometimes more!! The customer service is great - welcoming, very helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are good. I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit.

Oh my. Needed a dress for a black tie event at the last minute. Phoned the shop and Christina described some suitable dresses. However, I couldn't get to the shop before it closed, so she offered to take them home and I could meet her there to try them on. Needless to say she choose the perfect dress and I'm now ready for my event. I've NEVER had customer service this impressive before and I lived in the USA for 11 years which prides itself on top class customer service. Now I can't wait for my next free Saturday so my daughter and I can go to the shop. Faultless service.

Christine runs an amazing ship with her lovely group of staff. I advise anyone to call in and grab a bargain. The quality of her clothes shoes boots and accessories is second to none. Plus you could include lunch at The Bell too.
