A showroom with a good selection of karndean floor options. The staff are very helpful to share their knowledge and provide useful ideas to narrow down our options. You can take a few samples back to do a visual check at home or to stare with your fitter. Definitely recommended!

We visited the Karndean showroom in Evesham with our little dog was made very welcome. Was greeted on arrival by Chloe who was very professional and made us feel very welcome. We then met a young lady whose name I cannot remember who very kindly explained how the system worked and always seemed to be there whenever I had any questions. Having chosen our preferred flooring we met with Vicky Woods and her able assistant/apprentice who I think was called Dylan. He was very courteous and polite and will be an asset to Karndean as he has Vicky as his mentor. And for Vicky? Well she just oozes professionalism and has a real passion for flooring and shown us the different options that were available to us and nothing was too much trouble for her. She never made us feel pressured to make a decision and gave us very large samples, free of charge, to allow us to take home and lay on our existing floor to see which we preferred. The 90 minutes round trip to visit Karndean was well worth it and convinced me to switch my choice of flooring from Amtico to Karndean. Amazing staff and amazing choice of product. Give them a visit, you won't be disappointed.

Great choice at main Evesham showroom. The floor displays really help to choose between the different ranges. Very helpful and patient staff who gave good advice. Came away with good sized samples. Well worth a visit!

Excellent customer service from the Karndean team today at their beautiful showroom in Evesham. Lovely welcome and Bella was able to answer all our questions and we left with numerous samples to help us decide what flooring we will definitely buy.

What an amazing experience my husband and I had from the moment we arrived in the showroom we were greeted by very professional and friendly staff. They directed us to the different ranges and left us to look around at our leisure. But, when we were ready to have some assistance, the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and super efficient. We could not fault the excellent service and will definitely be buying our new floor from them! Well done Karndean, you provide an exemplary service to your customers!!!

Visited today to find new flooring. Very friendly, professional and so helpful with design and colours. Whether you know what you want or need help it was a great experience. We where given samples to bring home which really helps in choosing shades and seeing flooring in our apartment. I would recommend to a friend.

So very helpful. Warm and welcoming staff who were there to help but left you to browse if that's what you wanted to do. We were then really helped to find samples that we could take away. Poppy's help enabled us to get better choices made. This is the second time we have used karndean for a project, the first was in 2010 and we were very happy so using it for our next home.
