I would like to express my deep gratitude to Gold Cars team ( Leo, Joshua, and all sale and service staff )for my wonderful experience with them. I found them to be extremely honest, transparent, and dedicated in their dealings. After purchasing a car from their showroom, I later discovered an issue with car, Without hesitation, they immediately took back the car and performed the necessary repairs thoroughly.

The team procured the required spare parts from the dealership and repaired the car with precision and care, additionally inspecting it for any other defects. To ensure my convenience, they provided me with another car to use during the repair period and extended my car's warranty due to the time taken for the repairs.

I found the staff to be extremely polite and respectful, in addition to their high level of professionalism and expertise. I hope all car dealerships would follow Gold Cars' example in their excellent and honest service. Many thanks and appreciation to Gold Cars for their outstanding service and exceptional experience.

Bought a Fiat 500, initially viewing the car with Ben who was great. Allowed us to look at the car on our own and test drive on the estate. Very friendly and answered all our questions, ending with us putting a deposit down. Collection day with Josh, who again was great, very smooth collection. Friendly and welcoming guys, would definitely recommend!

If you’re looking for honest people, look no further. I bought my ford ranger from these guys and they inspired me credibility from day 1, this after being let down by a bunch of cowboys from a different used cars place. Nothing was too much trouble, they answered my emails and phone calls within a very reasonable amount of time and they were very helpful. If you’re looking for a good used car, check these guys out, you won’t be disappointed.

What a first rate service from Gold Cars, from the sales, transport and service teams. Bought my Audi A3 from them last summer, Ben was great around the sales experience, they delivered my car to a family relative so it was easier for me to collect, the driver who delivered my car was friendly and arrived on time. Great experience from start to finish.
First Ben sent a great video of the vehicle I was buying through, highlighting any imperfections.
Next was a test drive with Tim, there was no pressure tactics used, very chilled. Also we’re happy with work with me on a deal as I was part exchanging my old car and they offered a very fair price.
After sale service with Leo was spot on, had and engine management light fault appear approx 3 weeks after buying. They were very quick at getting back to me. Vehicle still under manufacture warranty and Leo loaded with the manufacture directly on my behalf sorting it all out and chasing them up, so all I had to do was turn up at the local dealership.
I would certainly recommend Gold Cars to friends and family. When the time comes would certainly deal with Gold Cars again.
