I purchased a bouquet of flowers for my wife on our 58th wedding anniversary to be delivered to our house as a surprise as my wife loves flowers in the house, i requested a pastel bouquet , this was on Monday to be delivered Tuesday, cost £38 plus £5delivery total £43, today Friday 25% of the flowers have wilted & have been taken out, the rest look poor, not good as 2 weeks before she bought 2 bunches of lilies from Aldi which were superb for at least 14 days, unfortunately i cannot recommend this florist.

We have been getting flowers from here for years and usually these are quite nice or at least people have said how nice they were when received them. The last lot though was a disappointment, I had requested purples but was lots of white and pinks, the leaves on the thistle type stems were going brown AND they delivered on the wrong day. This meant that as they was delivered early the people who they were for received flowers that were even less fresh and had all opened up.

I did message them because they were early and not the colours I was expecting and wondered if there had been a mix up but they didn't even respond. That is an instant star drop.

Bought a lovely bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday and Karen couldn't have been more helpful. I called down the day before her birthday and ordered the flowers and also asked Karen if she could fill some balloons for me I'd bought elsewhere. Karen not only carried out my request but she arranged with me a convenient time when to pick up the balloons. This was a huge help as I was struggling to find somewhere to hide the balloons for the big day. Thank you so much! She absolutely loved her balloons and flowers. I'll definitely be using Finishing Toucjes for future occasions:)

I called here on a sad occasion for flowers for my stepfathers funeral, the staff were so nice and respectful, they made me a beautiful flower arrangement and delivered it to the church in plenty of time I would definitely recommend this place very professional service
