Bought a van in July 2020 with 5 star service. I had an issue with the rear door handle which was not covered under warranty but the chap offered to pay. Luckily my friend repaired it for free.

I'd noticed the ABS light had been on continuously since my purchase and as I'm not vehicle savvi I thought nothing of it.
I phoned the chap to inform him about a loud knocking noise that had started and he's denying any knowledge of the light being on. He also stated that he would've got it repaired if I'd told him within the warranty period as the ABS was not covered.

Unfortunately it is now four months out of the warranty period. I am having to replace the driveshaft & 2 stabiliser links at £290 plus two front tyres.

Would definitely think twice about buying from him.
