Avoid at all costs – Dishonest and Unprofessional Business Practices!

My experience with Dress Cheshire Ltd. has been nothing short of a nightmare. I entrusted them with high-value luxury items under a clearly agreed commission structure (negotiated via WhatsApp), only for them to retroactively impose hidden fees, unauthorized deductions, and delay payments.

When I attempted to retrieve my unsold items, management was nowhere to be found, sending an uninvolved party instead. To make matters worse, they are currently embroiled in legal proceedings at Chester Crown Court for fraudulent activities – something they seem eager to use for media attention rather than addressing the serious complaints against them.

Despite their claims of professionalism, their own policies are inconsistently applied, with payment terms being ignored at their convenience. Communication has been dismissive, and their refusal to resolve this fairly shows a complete lack of integrity.

If you value transparency, honesty, and proper business conduct, DO NOT deal with Dress Cheshire Ltd. There are far more reputable consignment businesses out there!

To date, I've not had the joy of visiting the boutique (which looks gorgeous), but I've shopped the website!
There are always such stunning & pristine preloved gems available!
Ordering & delivery are so straightforward with a very quick & easy DHL delivery following the completion of the order.
Pieces arrive beautifully wrapped with an absolutely gorgeous boutique postcard, and they are just as described!
A true independent, female led gem of a boutique!
I look forward to visiting in person sometime!

I love Dress! What an amazing shop full of beautiful and 100% genuine items. Dress Cheshire in Prestbury is THE place to buy pre-loved designer items. I have shopped at this gorgeous boutique for many years. The owner Christine and her staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy to help.

I also sell with Christine and she always gets the best price for my items. She’s very picky over the items that she will sell as she has very high standards. I shall continue to buy and sell with Dress Cheshire and I highly recommend them if you’re after high quality pre- loved clothes at a purse friendly price ❤️

I have yet to visit the store but have ordered online three or four times and the service is amazing. Always honest advice and the quality is always amazing. I do love watching the lives and they make me laugh every time ❤️
