I live in Sussex but visit my Mother often in Hook. We both love charity shops but I've got to give it to St Michaels...it truly is a lovely shop. Great prices, marvellous banter and nice energy as you walk in the door. Go every time and always get a bargain. Staff always happy to help. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stuff in there but just traveled up there and it was before closing time and she was clearing up and she could clearly see I was walking up and without saying anything shut the door on me and my little girl and just changed the sign to close whilst we was literally standing there acting like we didn’t exist. So rude

Very disappointed dropped off about 10 bin bags of stuff including baby stuff clothes toys etc the women I spoke to was uming and aring about whether to take our stuff looking at her watch then after agreeing to wanting it we then over heard her talking to another colleague complaining about having all our stuff dumped on her! The items were in very good quality and condition worth alot of money and next time I will take them elsewhere to someone who actually appreciated them I was in two minds of whether to take the stuff back outrageous!

I went into the shop today had a look around and thought id buy some bits unfortunately i forgot my card and they refused cash, i found there attitudes to be very rude as if the lady didnt want to be there, very disappointing and i wont be going back.
