Not the best customer service and they done value customers clearly. Wrong item was received by the company and now I’m having to go out of my way to return it to receive a refund or the correct item. Very inconvenient considering it’s an huge effort for me to get to the post office (I’ve explained this they didn’t seem to care) and not great customer service considering it was their error for sending me the wrong item in the first place. Why am I being put out for their mistake?

DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS SITE!!! Wish I could score lower. So disappointed in their level of customer service. I paid £34.99 for a charger which I have not received. I have sent many emails with a pointless response to check at my local Royal Mail depot. Which I had done prior to emailing, fobbed me off!!! Royal Mail suggested downloading the MY SHOP app, which I did. Shows all your IOS purchases & status. Please see watched mine from total digital. ‘Ready to ship.’
