I agree with many of the comments about the staff (not all staff) but there are some employees who visually show discontent that you need help. But my main focus on this review is the Co-Op member pricing scheme. I signed up today, gathered my shopping in hope of making a saving, only to be told this store does not accept the member pricing, however, they have multiple items showing the reduction. I mentioned this was false advertising to which it was met with a shrug!!!

To mirror what quite a few people have already said, there's nothing wrong with the shop itself but the staff let it down! Especially in the mornings and afternoons when there's a rush on. 2 self service tills, one that's always broken and staff who would rather do anything other than serve customers at the till.
You often get 5 or 6 people in line for self service because there's someone with a can of monster that needs authorising.
Please don't ask me to email you anything or anyone, just train your staff better or get new staff.

I don’t how this store gets away with their customer service. We are local and we approach the store as a game to see which staff are in store and if the customer service could get any worse.
Examples are: noone at the tills and us waiting until a staff member lifts their head up , “are you using card? Then can you use self service? , huff and puffs as I have wine and they have to authorise .
The look of pure hatred when we want a parcel that was delivered there . The list goes on.
It’s lovely to have a shop in Odiham but it is a village joke

The store itself has no faults and is well stocked unfortunately it’s staff let it down. Since they’ve had the self-service tills staff are very reluctant to come and serve you on the regular tills. They also get annoyed when they have to come and sort out the self-service. A staff member should also be on the tills to help and assist it’s customers not moaning each time walking over.

I approached the checkout with my shopping. I was told by the lady behind the counter with her hands in her pockets i had to use the automated checkout. I pointed out one wasnt working and the other 3 were being used and the response was " you will have to wait". When you all get made redundant dont blame anyone else bar yourself.

I use this store for my hermes drop off. The staff are always helpful and service is quick! I've purchased a few bits and bobs in here. Lunch on the go is limited but its ok. Its not a huge store though so wouldn't expect them to stock everything.

I’m trying to avoid this shop as much as possible but sometimes I have no choice. Every time I’m going there, the staff is so rude. Today I was trying to pay with cash, the older lady who was at the till told me I need to find someone else to serve me because she is busy. And the way she said that together with her facial expression…I just wanted to leave the shop. Awful!
