I took this photo on our first visit. The lovely Christmas tree looked fantastic alongside the stylish BMW cars on display. A special thanks to your staff member, David, who took great care of us. During our purchase, he was very clear, professional, and gave us confidence throughout the process. He followed up on everything closely, and we received the keys to our car from him yesterday. I booked my car in for a service (fixed price online) and got hit with a +20%/~£100 increase as I dropped it off. No attempt to inform me of the excessive increase beforehand although I had a call the day before confirming the booking.

Marshalls blame BMW UK for the pricing, BMW UK have no interest and are unable to justify such an increase. Either way, I felt let down when my expectations could have been easily managed by informing me of the increase in advance.

I had an incredible experience buying my car from Kate at Marshall’s! She was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the vehicle and the various add-on services available. Kate kept me updated throughout the entire process and took the time to show me some really cool features after the purchase. She even took some fantastic pictures to capture the moment!

I can’t forget Tony, who also chipped in with great advice and rang the deal bell when we closed the deal—it added a fun touch to the experience! A special shoutout to Julie at the front desk, who was so kind and kept me well-fed with her secret stash of goodies and coffee.

Recently used Marshall for a brake fluid service on my 530d and the service I received from Brandon was exceptional, like no other BMW dealership I’ve used in the past.
From a call the day before to check all was OK for the booking to checking the car in and me picking up Brandon and his team were professional, polite and efficient.
I’d recommend Marshall BMW to anyone and can’t wait to use them again!

After taking my previous car to Marshall Mini Salisbury and not having a great experience, I decided to take my new car to BMW Hook hoping for a smooth visit. After initially entering I was greeted by a kind woman on the front desk. I was then taken through to the Mini part of the showroom (which I thought was odd as I drive a BMW.) after waiting a short while I was greeted by Andre who was a nice guy and helpful. The systems were bringing up a mini and it was a struggle to find my car. Eventually my car was located, documents signed and I was on my way. After 5-10 minutes I received a call from the garage and was asked if my name was Chris, my name is not Chris. After speaking to the guy on the phone it seemed that they had my information mixed up with one of the previous owners of the car, after getting the correct details I thought everything was sorted. As my car was on for a service you usually receive a free health check walk around video of your car from the technician. I did not receive this and therefore I queried this with Andre when collecting my car, he assured me the video was sent and after explaining that I hadn’t received it he assumed it had been sent to Chris, the previous owner. This was frustrating as the videos are good information for you to receive for your own vehicle, so I asked if a copy can be sent to me which Andre said he didn’t think was possible but he assured me he was going to work a way to get it sent through, after three days I have still received nothing and my email has been ignored. I am quite disappointed and hope someone is able to rectify this problem.

A great experience at Marshall BMW Hampshire. An unexpected fault arose on my X5 relating to the Engine Management Systems and having alerted the dealership the car was taken in as a priority and all work successfully completed at the earliest opportunity. Communication throughout from Adrian Poole was accurate and great. I could not have asked for more. Well done & thanks.

We saw a car online which we liked at Marshall BMW Hampshire however, we live 300 miles away. Conor kindly sent us a detailed video of the car and answered our many questions.

We decided to buy the car and Conor made the process as seamless as possible. Paperwork emailed swiftly before we arrived with only a final few documents to sign when we picked the car up. There is a train station 10 minutes walk from the garage which is great too.

Conor was so efficient and friendly, we could really tell he enjoys his role. Would definitely recommend this garage and of course Conor, customer service is fantastic!
