I really like this shop, which is in the Dockside Shopping Centre. We allways find for my son, husband or for myself NEXT brand clothes for a very very good price. The staff is always nice and helpful.

Terrible customer service. Been to Choice since they opened up in dockside, yet treated terribly as I was trying to pay before closing but they took away my basket of shopping and just being utterly rude. Even though they’re discounted store and visit the store the half hour for before closing time yet left before closing time also this does not give them the right to charge me twice for bags at the till because I asked bigger bag before I paid my shopping only till staff need to return the smaller bag only they push into my bags without bothering to refund, before I left I told the other staff this is my last visit as he was rude and accused of
M shouting at him which i didn’t shout we was talking to me while he was looking for my plastic store bag, that doesn’t called shouting, you can check your camera what I did and how staff and next treat their customers before they closing in store and at the till.

The shop is always tidy and the staff are awesome but the stock for little girls is getting worse and worse unfortunately but on the plus they do have a range of products and clothing that others may like and need.

It can be a bit of a lottery with what the shop has in stock, but there's always plenty to choose from.
On my recent visit I was fortunate to find exactly what I was looking for, and it was at a great price. So if you like a bargain, it's worth a visit.

Visited the Chatham store on Saturday 8th Feb 2020.
I asked for some help looking for some bedding I wanted .The staff were amazing both looking through the stock on the shop floor and in their stock room.
I have worked in retail myself and know how hard it is to please everyone.
Well done it's a 10 from me.
