Staff were helpful & friendly when I required some documents scanning. Also a fraction of the cost than the Post Office. Female assistsnt even did the job for me. Thank you

Nipped in today for some stationary for my son, the staff in there couldn't have been more helpful! I was welcomed as I walked in even though there were a few customers already inside and when I asked for some advice the lady spent a great deal of time talking with me about the different products. I ended up buying more than I thought I would. Lovely shop and great service.

I recently visited the store, and I found the female staff member to be somewhat rude towards me and this was not the first time I experienced such behavior from someone at this store. I believe both instances were caused by the same person.

So many lights but somehow dark and dinghy!! Decent enough stock, you always terms to come out with stuff you never intended to buy when you go in! Decent enough ranges of all the major products. Staff were nice enough. Just feels a bit grubby and dark. Hope Rymans can spend some money on the place and do it up a bit

Printing prices are extortionate! £2.50 service charge to print anything. What a joke!! Completely ridiculous to charge that. Go to your local library if print/photocopying service required.

Went here this morning to post a parcel via dhl

It was being sent back to Facebook in CZ Republic

Got told wrongly by the woman working there that it needed an invoice to send back to the eu

Facebook hadn't sent one because the invoice had been done paperlessly

If the shipping label has CTPL on the shipping label DHL have done the invoice for customs automatically.

She left me in a super stressful state by the time I left the shop.

100% won't be trying to post anything via this shop again... Customer service was shockingly bad.

Very expensive compared to other places. The alcohol markers here are especially over priced considering you can but them in the range for less than half the price. Fred Aldous's are even cheaper than here for many things which is a surprise.
