Cannot thank them enough! Bought a dress I was desperate to get in time for my holiday so ordered it quickly without reading the shipping description on the post properly. I messaged them straight away and asked if there was any way of getting it to me in time. They responded so quickly and said they would get it out to me asap. They did and then the post office didn’t send the item out so they went and chased it for me which they didn’t need to but wanted to help and I honestly so grateful. The dress arrived today, in time, and it’s absolutely gorgeous and such great quality. I’m made up and can’t wait to wear it! Thank you girls!

I ordered a dress for my birthday and it came later than it said it would. So i was bummed and didn’t wear it because it wasn’t sent on time. I didn’t find a point in keeping it so i went to USPS where it was at and sent it back to them. It has been well over a month and they “claimed” they never received it. I also emailed them so many times and for some reason i don’t receive any of their emails so i have to reach out on instagram for an update. Just overall a terrible experience with this company and I’ll never be purchasing here again. A HUGE letdown and out over $100 for a dress i never even received. It felt like i got scammed

The lady from Bolton (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name) was friendly, helpful and not at all pushy.

I got the perfect outfit at a reasonable price and so glad I can support a local business.

Well what can I say these Doll’s make everyone feel special! Not many boutiques do that! I used to walk past and dare not go in then one day I did . I have never looked back Mama is wonderful and you can have beautiful drinks and delicious food at the Kiosk outside and watch the world go by with out feeling on your own. I shop online as they have NewDrops live even set my alarm to wake up for the newdrops otherwise you will miss out! Follow them on Instagram earn rewards and you will never look back xxx

Bought some leggings and was told I can return and get a refund as I hadn’t tried them on, only to take them back today and was told I must have misunderstood someone telling me I could get a refund. So make sure you like whatever you buy otherwise you won’t be able to get a refund!!
