Rude, unprofessional, arrogant staff. Especially the so-call manager call May. I Was treated horrible over a pair of earrings that was faulty. The Recepit clearly state 14 days company return policy and trading standard return policy i return my earrings on two occasions within that 14 days guarantee period. Only to be insulted and treated like a 3rd world citizen or criminal over my own money . The staff couldn't read their own receipt policy. When confronted the manager call May felt embarrassed as she realized her wrong doing, stamped her feet at me throw a tantrum and walked away leaving me standing in the shop with tears down my eyes. The other staff members left her customer unpurpose to come over and intervene without assisting me she was shouting and speaking down at me. All I wanted was a straight swap or refund. But they refused to give me a pair of earrings that was £5 cheaper but willing to swap for one £25 more expensive.
I have returned it on day 12 of my 14 days return policy. Like I said the staff does not understand their own company policy or clearly cannot read their own receipt print.
What a drama for no reason my own money I had to cry for. In the end I just had enough and walk out.
I do NOT recommend this shop in oldham Spindles. Please take your money else where there are Pandora Manchester City or Trafford.
Oldham is a No go for me. Especially the way the staff is rude and not helpful.?
I almost spent over £1000 in total in this shop and to be treated like this its a NEVER.. ...!!

Purchased a spare of the moment bracelet and a number of charms for a anniversary. Staff was friendly and more than willing to help. Unfortunately unlike other stitesithe price's are not on display so be careful as my gift became quite expensive really quick. Cant fault the service provided thank you

Felt my time was massively wasted here the other day.

Staff told me if I spend over £100 I get one (these) items half price. One of (these) was two necklaces in one for £70 which seemed to good to true…so I clarified that if I buy this £115 item I get (these) for £35 instead of £70. She said yes,, then it came to till time and both necklaces were £70 EACH meaning a £35 add on just became a £105 add on because only one of them got discounted. This is false advertising and it’s not allowed.

The lady said it was a mistake on her side and the price tag should have said ‘from’ neither of which are my problem.

Anyway…I walked out and didn’t purchase any. Hate being loyal to a company and they waste my time. #iknowmyrights

Not happy atall!! Wore my gold pandora 3 times, paid nearly 700 pounds for chain lock, charms and the braclet, and colour has gone pink, couldnt even fill it coz they have lost colour still have warrnty and was refused an exchange or refund!! I will never buy products from here again

Bang on, everything that I needed even though the store is in a small town. The staff were great, plus the staff have to deal with a variety of inhabitants of Oldham so they deserve extra points for that.
