My husband and I were visiting the area in late April and had gotten a rental car from Heathrow. Our tire wall became damaged and ended up with an unrepairable flat shortly before their closing hours on a Saturday. After waiting on line for nearly a half hour with our rental company we were told that they could not get to us for probably 4-5 hours. Fran was INCREDIBLY gracious to us and offered to take the serial number of our PEUGOT tire and consulted with her husband who owned a garage nearby. The garage had closed but he had the tire we needed, came to the convenience store where we were stranded and replaced our tire for a nominal fee. It felt like divine intervention as we were still a couple hours away from our evening lodging. Thank you again so much Roger and Fran for your kindness and professional support. May it come back to you many time multiplied!

Very helpful staff. I desperately needed a windscreen wiper as one of mine had snapped off and I needed to get to Bournemouth in intermittent rain. A male who was working in the shop (I think his name was James) was really helpful, came out to look at my windscreen wiper and choose the right one as couldn't get clear advice when I looked online. He even fitted it for me! The lady who was working with him in the shop was very helpful and kind too. I just want to give them credit for helping me out when I felt stranded and frustrated with RAC who I called in a layby soon after my wiper broke and told it would be a 3hr wait. I managed to get to this petrol station qhen there was a gap in the rain and get help when I really needed it. Great staff who I'm very thankful to!

This BP has surprisingly cheap fuel (atleast 10p cheaper than other petrol stations). The SPAR accompanying the BP has many products that are sourced locally and are from independent food producers. Staff are nice and help you out. You do need to pay in the store but thats ok. 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Packed full like the TARDIS, from hot to cold for fast take away food, along with the bear necessities forgotten from a superstore shop, all with fuel on pump!
