selves.
Having worked in the motor trade, for over 40 years including as
dealer principle I feel that I should thank you for the superb way in
which I was dealt with.
Grahame was pleasant helpful and very efficient at all times and
renewed my faith in the retail motor trade . I believe he has been with
you for many years so I’m sure that you already appreciate the fact that
he is a credit to your company.
The vehicle arrived for my 80 th birthday ,here in Norfolk, with helpful
delivery transporter driver ,in immaculate condition together with all the
paperwork and to put the icing on the cake, including a personal
birthday card .

I bought my car from Hart’s then have continued to have the MOT and service with them. They are fantastic, I was nervous buying the car as it was a big purchase and not knowing a lot about cars the experienced was reassuring and not at all pressured. The car itself has been just what I needed and wanted. The aftercare is amazing and nothing seems to be too much trouble ever! It’s always easy to book for service and MOT and courtesy car means it does not interrupt your day. It’s an easy work round for life. They also fitted me in once at very short notice. Just a wonderful, easy to arrange and helpful service all round! Eveyone I’ve met there is cheerful, helpful and seems to enjoy their job there. Thank you!

I visited Harts of Honiton for the first time today to view a used Kia that I had seen advertised. Whilst looking around the car I was greeted by Grahame who is the Sales Manager.
I was immediately impressed by the friendly nature of him and to hear about the history of the Harts family business.
We had a test drive and although we did not conclude a sale, I do hope that we will do at some time in the future!

Picked up my new car today, spotted it on the auto trader app while on holiday in axminster. This is the exact car I was looking for, went to see it on Monday, picked it up on Saturday, fresh mot and gleaming. Drove home smiling all the way. The people who refurbished the wheels are on Christmas holidays so they even arranged to have them come to my house in the new year, good job team,thank you so much.

We had a great experience, shopping for a car at Harts was not at all pushy like some staff in showrooms are. There was a wide selection of cars for sale at good prices & the salesman we dealt with ' Grahame 'was extremely helpful & friendly. Everything including the cars was spotlessly clean. We had 2 test drives & we collected our lovely car the following week. Everything was explained in great detail & the transaction was straightforward with great offers on future services as an added bonus.
