The Cube that I bought from them had an issue maintaining fork pressure. I took in the bike and they were happy to send the part away for Cube to repair and replace. The end result is that both Kieran and Adrian went beyond normal customer service to ensure that I got my bike back repaired quicker than expected!! Top result.

Good bunch of guys. Sorted me out with various accessories I was looking for, allowing me to stay on just past closing so I could fit the new panier rack. Good conversation and a great shop–well organized and stocked (great new multi-tool amongst other bits). Thank you and see ye for a coffee when I can next drop by 👍🏻

A really professional service. There’s a good stock of bikes in store across the full range and we had very helpful advice on choosing the right bike at the correct size. No pressure. They sourced a specific bike and prepped it ready for collection within a week. Finally, excellent after-sales service. Definitely worth a visit; even from Lincoln!

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT BUY FROM JC COOK CYCLES!
Falsely advertising new bikes in the sale but they are ex display bikes and when they arrive they are badly packed with vital bits missing, scratches etc..
Customer service is non existing. No reflectors included which is basic stuff for cycle retailers. Avoid!
