Called to arrange a time to look at a couple of cars. Went as arranged the following morning and was welcomed by James on our arrival. There was no pressure in looking at the cars and we were left to look and test drive.
All paperwork was completed by James including the transfer of my number plate to my new car.
Contact was good and we picked the car up as arranged.
They made the experience of buying a real pleasure. We would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

Great buying experience today with James. I enquired over a Volvo V50 that they had for sale and the communication from there on was excellent. We drove up from Cornwall to see the car which was exactly as described. James gave us all the space we needed to view the car and we weren't disappointed in it and decided there and then to buy it. The whole buying process was utterly painless and James was brilliant throughout. The car is a credit to it's previous owner as backed up by the large amount of service history that came with it. All in all, a superb experience and I'd have no hesitation in recommending James and JRS Cars.

l walked in this car sales which l had never been in before and was met by Rick,he was a really lovely guy very friendly and our first impression was he was genuine.
We said we was looking for a particular car and with that Rick said he had one coming in what we was looking for.
True to his word the car came in we viewed it and it was perfect just what we was looking for.

I purchased a very low mileage (17,000 miles) 2005, 3 door Rav for my wife in Feb this year. James was very easy to deal with over the phone. I had to put my trust in him as the car was purchased and delivered to Manchester without a physical viewing. It was delivered to our house free of charge, as described and we couldn’t be more pleased with it. Buying a 19 year old car from a used car dealer that you don’t know is a big risk. I have waited a while to post this review to ensure the car lived up to expectations and so far it has been perfect.

Great Guys, bought a 2011 rav4 and it had some break issues, took it in and it was diagnosed, fixed up, all covered under the 1 year warranty, in under 3 hours. Highly recommend.

I bought a car from JRS about 2 months ago beginning with an online enquiry which they responded to very quickly, as they have done with all ongoing communication.
I think I've spoken to all of the team at one time or another and all have been pleasant and very helpful.
My main dealings were with James (Jim). Everything was smooth and relaxed, no pressure at all and efficient when it came to the trade and sorting out Tax etc.
I had a couple of little things I wanted seeing to on the vehicle, and these were taken care of, no problem.
I had an unforeseeable problem arise with a service part and this was ordered up direct from Toyota and sorted quickly.
You sometimes get these things occur with a second hand vehicle and it's how they are dealt with that's a testament to the guys you are dealing with and I was very happy.

I'd have no hesitation in buying another vehicle from JRS Cars and will be recommending them.
