Do not even contact this man. On three occasions I set aside a whole day for him to come and view my boat and he just didn't show up.

His 'secretary' couldn't contact him (who I know is his wife) and I just got played like a fool constantly. Made up stories about not being in office; contradicted themselves constantly.

Waited all day as my wife took the kids out for the day and heard nothing. I tried calling constantly. One time he answered by accident and when I said 'hello' he hung up. I immediately called back and the phone was off. It makes me sick to think this man almost earned money off me.

Completely unreliable. The positive reviews here are from his facebook mates. AVOID.

Well what can I say . Last year my husband and I went to purchase a lighter barge to convert to a houseboat. We drove all the way over to discuss the purchase with Steve the owner. When we got there he said he had someone coming to show around another boat so called the guy who would potentially be doing the build for us for us to waste some time with while he was with the other client. So we wait 2 hours for Steve to call us back to say he had finished his meeting and we could go and sort the purchase of the barge. Well we didn't get the call so we made our way back to the office to be told in very bad English by his wife that he had gone home and he would call us back. The next day we waited for the call still no call. I called him to be told he was out. Eventually got hold of his wife as he was too scared or gutless to return my calls to be told that they sold the barge the day after we went there. So due to gutless owner we never got to purchase the barge. He doesn't return your calls unless it's a quick sell for him and isn't prepared to work for it. The fact that the barge was up at 5k less on another site which he didn't like that I knew this after questioning about it he just made up some rubbish excuse. I would avoid this place at all cost if you can. He doesn't deserve your money.

Spent a morning looking at houseboats as an option for accommodation and was greeted by Steve. Very friendly and spent a lot of time showing us a variety of houseboats and went through the information with us thoroughly.
No pressure selling and very highly recommended.
