Our Suzuki vitara was due its service they came and collected at time they sad (9am) left a courtesy car for us. Car was brought back at noon as was said, car had been serviced, valet in and out, spot on what else could you ask for, we'll done Suzuki. Also Neil the man who collected and brought back the car, very pleasant and friendly man.

Great service from both Kai and Ashley when trading in our vehicle this week, nothing was too much trouble highly recommend
Just thought I would update the after care I have received since purchasing my vehicle, whilst the sales team who sold me the vehicle couldn’t do enough for me it’s a shame the aftercare is atrocious, my vehicle needs work doing on it 4 weeks it has taken for car parts to be “ordered” I’ve been lied to numerous times about the parts being ordered(yet to still be ordered) I’ve been told I will receive phone calls back and heard nothing for weeks I just keep getting fobbed off, whilst I appreciate the garage is busy lying to customers is just not acceptable I’d appreciate honesty more.

Callum was very friendly & very easy to deal with regarding the sale. Initial aftersales issue - whereby was advised missing locking wheel bolt was being posted - nothing received. Was subsequently received - delivered personally by Callum! Can't say fairer than that - so all good in the end.
