New and fresh look! With a polite and fast service too.

Way better than the VERY tired look it had before that discouraged me from using this branch and would use the Pharmacy on Main Road instead.

Went in by chance as they didn't have my prescription on Main road so reluctantly went to Knights Road.

Colour Me Surprised!

Fantastic people with a fantastic environment to boot.

Staff will run & hide in the back when customers walk in & when you do eventually get served they lie directly to your face about availability of medicines. The staff think because they're there all day you want to be too,snail pace but very poor service. AVOID.

Great service, popped in on off chance, was able to see pharmacist straight away who organised a prescription and was away in no time. Really helpful staff

Very poor service. The shop staff try their best with what they can. Manager is very rude as is the man pharmacist. No privacy is offered for consultations. Manager sceams at her staff implementing her 48hr rule in front of a shop full of customers. If you have had medication in the last month and it's a Friday she tells staff to tell you that you can wait till Monday. I really hope that that is a waiting room with coffee machine being built as you are in there on average 20mins as no one gets served. Its very poorly managed with no working system and the staff are extremely stressed with no support.

Not so great anymore, they either don't answer the phone, or are absolutely no help when they do.
Delivery used to be fantastic, but now it take a week from when the Doctor issues a prescription to Knights actually delivering. I might look to use pharmacy to go online or Lloyd's pharmacy instead. Used to be 10/10 here, such a shame

Great Village Pharmacy, polite friendly & very knowledgeable staff. Good range of quality products too. Really can't understand the negative comments about slow staff. I used to use a boots chemist & would sometimes be waiting upto 45 minutes for a prescription to be prepared & had even been asked to come back later on in the day just to collect a single prescription
