Well , well O2, what a total mess your fraud team seem to be in !
On the 17/01/24 I noticed I could not make a phone call or receive phone calls, so I contacted O2, and was told my phone had been hacked (FRD -A032727), and I needed to cancel my direct debit and notify my bank , So 7 weeks later after going in 2 local O2 shops and several phone calls to customer services to rectify the issue, still no resolution of the issue. The whole thing has caused utter chaos to my digital life. I have just got off the temporary sim card phone, which I had to pay for, no surprise there!, and been assured that the fraud team will contact me with in 24hrs. I will keep you posted !
The whole situation has been a nightmare, which has been made far worse by O2 total incompetence! and couldn't care less approach. What a disgustingly terrible company !!

Just had a visit after work, for some mobile prices. Mr. Brad provided excellent customer service to me. The manager was also polite and friendly. I would recommend anyone ?

The Guru was patient friendly super helpful patient.
This man is a credit to your store and should rightfully be praised.
He was nice and very informative.
Other staff were nice and friendly too.
Great staff means great experience which makes a great store oo.

Was in there today and was helped by two excellent members of staff. Joanne and mollie.The first joanne was really nice and polite and give me a full scope on what was on offer for me and my daughters shared contract. The second was really helpful and patient as I had my 12 year old and a very excitable toddler with me. Very helpful and very recommended thank you joanne and mollie

I went in for a sim swap. The advisor was so big headed, they all need to be trained properly, staffs don’t know what customer services are. Very rude. They never say thank you or please, rude very rude, If the staffs are like this wondering how the manager will be!!! Staffs 100% need proper training. This was my third time went in the shop and same service.
