I have been shopping here for over 26yrs,,,, yes that’s 26 years.

Over the time I have seen many many staff changes, but in the main all of the staff have been great.

What we have today is massively inflated prices even varying between stores. We have so called store managers who know when to order “stuff” but are not allowed. We have so called store managers who I’d not let them put the cat out.

The price rises in store are becoming stupid. Produce is now being left on shelves as local people simply cannot afford the COOP prices.

Everything is now being controlled from morons in central office, who effectively tell local workers when to take a pee.

Now either coop are about to sell out to another company and are inflating their bottom line to look really attractive or they are profiteering or have central office incompetent staff.

I don’t know,,, but what I do know is that local people with brains now shop at Aldi, which is up the road.

I as a local tradesman actually take a few of them shopping there at Aldi and they save significantly on there weekly shopping.

I first started doing this when COVID was around and asked the COOP for help for feeding the elderly and received none. I even had conversation with Mr Fi,,,,, (2 last letters help a fish to swim) who did nothing,,, but haho.

What has happened to this organisation (sorry I was reminiscing,,, back to reality,,,,all coop is,,,is simply a few shops attempting to make the most of supposed rising prices and maximising their profits)

Shame on coop, Lincolnshire coop,,,, if you have brains shop at Aldi it’s way cheaper and they have everything you need.

What I didn’t know is that Lincolnshire coop actually adjust there prices to where you live.

The national coop is cheaper by far.

Its a well stocked store, but seems a bit chaotic, for stuff, seems like no system like I'm use to at other COOPs.

I've not taken a star off, as it could just be the set up that's normal for this store

Five star for the staff who are excellent. The store has been remodelled and they have managed to increase the number of lines they now carry.
