Very satisfied with my experience in purchasing a car from Read Hyundai, Grimsby. Dylan, who dealt with the matter throughout was courteous, helpful. pleasant and patient, explaining the various options and the various new features. He was easy to get hold of and always returned my calls, if he wasn't available when I rang. I purchased an car with an automatic gearbox which I had never used before. He took the time to explain the system and took us out for a test drive. After the purchase he was always happy to help with any follow up questions I had and helped me set up the app which provided some additional benefits.

Popped in yesterday to have a test drive after speaking to a sales team member Oliver Drant. Had a really good test drive. Oliver was very informative and professional (Yes I know he's meant to be it's his job, however! He wasn't pushy he knew is stuff and in my eyes went above and beyond) I would highly recommend anyone looking at purchasing a Hyundai to get in touch and speak to Oliver. I am sure you will also have a pleasant and satisfactory experience.

A friend recently purchased a new car from another branch out of town, that branch was brilliant, excellent service and support and the car almost flawless apart from a cracked interior panel, he contacted that branch who got back to him and advised to contact our local Branch being this one down Humberston who’d be able to repair it.

We visited this branch and the service adviser was mardy, uninterested in sorting it, took a few photos but didn’t even take his details so I’m not surprised that he hasn’t been contacted yet. This isn’t the first time my friend has had issues with this branch, they are absolutely useless.

The other service guy at the same desk seemed much more motivated and friendly to help the customer that went to him, the one that ‘helped’ us if you can call it that doesn’t belong in customer service.

Came in this afternoon to have a look round and ended up buying a Bayon.
The salesman was called Stuart Grant and he was excellent, not at all pushy but friendly, knowledgeable and really open. We enjoyed the whole experience, which is a first for us as car buying is usually so stressful, and that's thanks to Stuart.
We already have an i20, which we bought in 2012, and we're looking forward to as many miles of happy motoring in our new car as we've had in that one!

Stuart the Sales contact that dealt with me was very helpful along with his senior sales colleague Matt who also had positive input on ensuring that collectively I got the vehicle that I wanted. This included being taken out on test drives 🚗 for 2 different models of the Hyundai Tucson on 27th November. Stuart contacted me on the evening of on 28th November where I finally agreed a deal for used Tucson Ultimate and arranged to collect the car on Tuesday of the following week. From initial contact on 26th November till 1 week later on 3rd December I ended up as the very pleased owner of my new car.
