I have been using this Company for a few years for all of my Skincare needs and have had nothing but great, efficient service and professionalism. Even on one occasion when my skin reacted to a product, Samantha was really helpful and immediately sent me a replacement that was better suited to me. This was even before I had returned the item I couldn't use. All deliveries have been super quick, and emails answered swiftly. I would highly recommend.

AVOID BEAUTY TIME THERAPIES! Abysmal customer service; very slow delivery for UK, despite items being in stock.

Words cannot express how unhelpful and rude Sam has been at this company. I’ll simply show you the passive/aggressive responses I’ve received from her, after they asked me to review my experience, when I had waited almost 2 weeks for delivery, with no updates from them. My review was accurate and a simple apology would have appeased me and led me to remove it from Trust Pilot.

I would use Face the Future or Look Fantastic instead. Don’t be fooled by the slightly reduced price tags.

EDIT: WOW! My complaint led to her calling me the worst customer they’ve ever had, and then adding 2 kisses at the end of her PUBLIC response.

This really could have gone so differently if she’d just apologised in the first place.

Clearly Samantha Beatty doesn’t care at all about her business or her reputation.

Amazing massage here, you feel special from the moment you walk in the door. They took a lot of time to listen to me and explained all the products before starting.
The downside is that they are trying to sell the products (you even get a card at the end with the products they recommend you buy listed) and follow up marketing is not done well. (I had a pregnancy massage and got a marketing email a few weeks later recommending a weight loss method they were running!!)

Very poor customer service from Samantha! I had to chase my product over a week after I purchased through PayPal. Sam is very unprofessional , doesn't appear to know what customer service actually is?! I would avoid buying something in future unless your happy with weeks to wait and not even one email to explain this! Also the item I purchased clearly said in stock, 24 hour dispatch.

Very poor customer service when I cancelled within their Returns Terms of 7 days but a very ignorant and rude Samantha Beatty denied the refund and then threatened she would not respond to further requests so I escalated as FRAUD. I conformed to their policy and within my legal rights and her response was to ignore. A very ignorant and unnecessary response by a girl driven by money not service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

A very pleasant experience overall. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice as well. Though not the lowest cost of this type of spa in the area(Grimsby beauty salon), it was good value for money. They provide pick up and drop off service.

Go up
