terrible service, i had 7 new windows replaced by Camel Glass, but when they installed there was too much gap around the door. the widest part was 40mm. i complained to them but i was told it was normal and they would trim around to cover it

My partner and I were looking for a new front door and we visited Camel Glass in Holsworthy where we were introduced to Stuart Austin who was very helpful in answering our questions and pointing us in the right direction. The displays in the showroom gave us some good ideas. Stuart visited our property to give a first measurement and estimate on prices. He also gave his thoughts on the choices we were considering. After making our decision to go ahead as we knew friends who had a good experience with this company the surveyor came out to check and finalise the measurements. We only had to wait 3 weeks for the door to be made and a day was booked for the fitting. Jack and Sam were the two young men who came and finished the work. They were polite and friendly and very professional. They cleaned up as they went along and took away the old door.
The new door looks amazing and we have had alot of compliments from our neighbours and friends.
Overall, we were totally happy with Stuart in the sales team answering all our questions and supporting us through the process and Jack and Sam who did the fitting in a professional manner.
We would thoroughly recommend Camel Glass in Holsworthy to anyone looking to do home improvements as they were very competitive with the price and they completed a great job.

camel glass Holsworthy put in 3 new flush double glazed windows yesterday for me near Hallworthy, and i am so delighted with them. The price also was competitive. Danny and Dave were brilliant, they really made the whole process very efficient. i had to coordinate them removing the window. and then me getting delivery of new sofa at the same time through window, as my door is too narrow. They helped move the old sofas out and get a second sofa in. I cannot thank them enough. They also showed great respect for my cottage by putting down floor covering without asking., hoovering up and asking questions when needed. Absolutely fabulous. thank you very much.

We've had a great experience with Camel Glass, Holsworthy. Our front door is gorgeous!
Julian from Sales was friendly and very helpful with helping us choose from what was available to us. He even came back with proper colour samples, so we could see it against our house to make sure I knew exactly what it would look like.
Once we had confirmed the door we got handed over to Andy. He helped greatly when I decided to change the interior colour of our door and when scheduling the fitting.
Chris and Vince came on the day and were absolutely fantastic. They did an amazing job, even though it was a little tricky and they had to adjust the fit slightly. They were super friendly, efficient and the finish is superb.
They left everything clean and tidy like they’d never been there at all!
I love our front door now every time I pull onto our driveway!

So happy with our new sash windows. The Heritage Rose wood effect is virtually indistinguishable from wood even close-up. They are superb quality - anyone who wants a traditional timber sash should consider these as you can’t tell the difference and in our wet climate, these make so much more sense! Don’t be put off imagining they look like uPVC you’ve seen before. They are perfect for our period home.
The Holsworthy team were great, did a really professional job, tidied up completely and were really great guys to have around for a few days. They worked tirelessly to get it all done and even did their best to befriend our dog (keep the kettle on for Vince though!)
