Thanks to the whole team at Coates. Felt really looked after and in safe hands on my dress journey. I was really hesitant and anxious about finding my dress because I'm not a very girly girl and thought it would take a long time.

I was actually really surprised to have found my perfect dress on my first visit. Alterations by Tina really made it fit absolutely perfectly! I really loved and love my dress. I still think it is the most amazing dress I have ever seen and I got so many compliments on the day and since.

Thanks so much to the whole team for the amazing experience. Most of all thanks for making me look and feel super confident and amazing on my special day.

I can’t thank the ladies at Coates Couture enough… I was so nervous and reluctant to start my wedding dress hunt but as soon as I stepped into the shop, they made me feel so confident and beautiful in every dress I tried. They helped me step out my comfort zone and supported me in expressing myself through my dress. They knew exactly what suited my body and made me feel like a million dollars!! The ladies are so calming and supportive, while being honest, which is exactly what I needed. wow… I literally have no words for these guys. I walked into the shop and met Megan and Gaynor, I was so so nervous, they made me feel so at ease. I was very overwhelmed so I explained to Megan how I felt and she made me feel so comfortable throughout.

I chose some dresses and then Megan chose THE ONE. She spent the whole time studying and perfecting exactly what I liked and when I tried it on it was a feeling I have never ever felt before and of course I said YES TO THE DRESS!

Honestly a fantastic time from start to finish and they were both so lovely, I cant wait for them to be a part of my journey 💖

After visiting many bridal rooms, I can honestly say, that Coates Couture really offers that extra special service. The ladies are wonderful and offer a real 'experience'.opposed to selling you a dress. The setting is well thought out and beautiful, offering all those perfect touches. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you so much for making this experience extra special for us. You are most defiantly the creme de la creme of the bridal world

I visited two other bridal stores before my appointment at Coates Couture and the experience was completely different to the others. It felt like they wasn’t just trying to sell me a dress, but really was trying to find me the perfect dress that I was looking for. The setting is beautiful and they were all so friendly, even helping me with my newborn baby. I would 100 percent recommend this bridal store, they have so many dress options and I felt like they went that extra mile to make it a perfect experience.

Amazing! My bridal party were welcomed with fizz into our own boudoir that made the whole experience magical. No hard upsell, just a genuine wish to allow the dress to match with me. Would recommend wholeheartedly.
