Great products,They do not post anywhere on the fact the box cannot be opened to accept return.So you pay over thousand dollars for watch winder and additional money to bring into the states and you open box and seek to exchange vs return and the answer is no.Why is not outside of box labeled with return policy of not opening contents as well as plugging in device.Unless you are 100% what product looks like and size do not purchase from this place.
