T6175 losing oil for last 24 hours so had to stop using it. Oil leaks been an on going problem since new. Rang up work shop no one available waited till next day dinner time rang again phone line busy was told will be called back 3 hours later still waiting had to get neighbour to feed cows been dealing with them since they started 1987 never been hung out to dry like this

What a shambles of a company.
Booked a Kubota commercial mower in for a service and new blades for 3rd May. On the day waited on site for a few hours before calling them to see what time they were coming, to be told sorry it would be Thursday now.
I stated that it was booked in for the date, and after a brief conversation they agreed to pick up that day, Tuesday, and a while later it was collected.
On the Friday I called to see what time the mower was coming back, to be told they only started work on it on Thursday!! Also now they are waiting for parts. If they had serviced it on Tuesday as promised it would have been ready, but after me calling Jason the Manager it is obvious they are not a well organised firm. Mower will be ready Monday.
On Monday morning I called and was told the mower was ready, just need to write the invoice out then I can pay and it will be dropped off.
I drive to site and wait. Four hours later I call to be told it wouldn't be today as they have a lot on and are short staffed. I informed them that I had been waiting in the car park for hours, so finally they agree to deliver then.
Mower arrives and the first thing I notice is they have fitted the wrong blades. How the mechanic could not spot the difference between the mulching blades fitted and the ones he fitted are beyond me and the chap who dropped it off.
A few calls later and the blades are on order but will not be here until late Wednesday or even Thursday. They took the mower away again.
Once gone, I called the office at 17.22 and left a message for Jason to see if they had a machine they could loan me while they sort their mess out.
This morning I called at 10 am as no one had returned my message call, to be told by a lady that they don't really listen to the answerphone, and Jason was not picking up.
I called again this time put through to ground care, Jason still not available, and was told that I should speak to Dave if I wanted to moan, I told him I was moaning at you all for such shoddy service to be told to take that up with management as they do not get paid enough for that.
At 10.29 same chap calls me back to inform me that they had listened to my message [finally] and he would get Jason to call me back.
All the staff seem stressed and fed up, one saying he was thinking of leaving, which speaks volumes for this mismanaged company.
I am still without a machine 8 days later, it will probably be 10, and it only went in for a service!

As expected, a " not our fault" response, have they not read my review?
Not their fault they didn't service mower on day it was booked for, not their fault they don't listen to answerphone, not their fault mechanic didn't know the difference between blades, not their fault all staff are fed up, not their fault one staff member said he had had enough and was leaving! Not their fault they take on too much work, their own admission.
Methinks Jayson is a little embarrassed and so he should be. New manager required, when do I start? I could turn that place around in 3 months.

What JOKE! Only gave 1 star because there is nothing lower.
Had to take my chainsaw back to Andrew Symons as it wasn't running properly after they (Andrew Symons) had serviced it.
5 months later and it's still not fixed. Bored of constant excuses so collected it still not running.
Worst customer service ever. No call back when promised and management did nothing to resolve the issue.

Save your money and time by going elsewhere.

We were looking for a mid-sized tractor to move static caravans on our 3 holiday parks in Weymouth, Dorset. Found a good ‘pre-loved’ New Holland T4.105 with a loader on the Andrew Symons website at their Holsworthy Branch. Phoned the branch and spoke with Rodney Jollow who was really helpful, and even met with us on his day off to show us the tractor. Although we had some knowledge, we aren’t tractor experts and Rodney took the time to talk us through and demonstrate the machine to us, to make sure it would be suitable for our needs. When the transporter arrived in Weymouth, the tractor had been completely serviced and valeted by the team at Holsworthy and looked almost new. Rodney kept us in the loop throughout the process and even made a courtesy call a few weeks later to make sure we were happy with the machine. I usually read reviews but never bother writing them, however felt I needed to on this occasion, as the service from Rodney and team at Holsworthy has been absolutely first class. Thank you for your help, and you’ll be our first call for any future requirements.
