If you see this shop turn around and go the other way, owner rude, forceful and disrespectful, how this place is still open amazes me, he kicked us out the store for not buying anything and trying on “too many” dresses, while whispering what i believe to be profanity under his breath. We were slow to leave the shop, he then got angry and started to grab and throw things around, this guys should be locked up, horrible sour people, never stepping foot in that disgusting store again and nor am i sending anyone his way, SHUT THIS SHOP DOWN!!!!!!

I got 4 bridesmaid dresses from here 1 dress I was unsure of her size so I took a 14 years but this size didn't fit I had ordered the nexts size up .I ordered another dress as the size i needed was not in the shop which he done and sent in the post he couldn't get the bigger size dress so he sent me lots of different styles in the age I needed once I chose which style I liked he ordered them all in for me to exchanged I find the owner really helpful

Very bad customer service. Owner of the store is really rude and only acts nice to you if you’re willing to buy. When you don’t buy the dresses you’ve tried on he turns very aggressive and unnecessarily rude! I would give 0 stars if I could…

Felt so scared trying to shop alone in this shop yesterday. Could see the man behind the till watching me strangely . At one point seen him take a photo of me . I ran for my life !!
