Outstanding Service : Sarah went above and beyond!

I had an amazing experience thanks to Sarah. She was incredibly helpful in advising me on the right size and fit. When my size wasn’t available in-store, she went the extra mile to check the stock online. I ordered them and a few days later, they arrived, and they fit perfectly.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I highly recommend this shop!

Big shop over two floors with lots of brands and stock. Parking right outside. Layout is a bit odd as everything is organised by brand rather than product type, so you end up walking all round the store to compare two similar items from different brands. Also seems quite expensive.

I placed my order on 31 July, which was over £400. Firstly I received no confirmation email for my order, and after waiting a week I contacted the store. Contacting the store is a joke, no one answers the phone, out of the 10 times I called, the phone was answered once, I also left messages which weren't returned. I finally spoke to someone who advised they had to order my stirrups direct from the supplier, this was over a week ago now, and I've still not had an update on when these stirrups are due in and when they will be dispatched. I am really losing my patients as I've filled in several contact forms which aren't always responded to. I just want to know when my order is expected to be dispatched, I had previously ordered these items from another store and came to Hope Valley after I was messed around by the previous store. I will not be ordering from Hope Valley again, customer service is shocking. Quick to take the money but not to deliver the goods, and I think its appalling that the only updates I've had is from me chasing the store. AVOID!

BUYERS BEWARE! One of the worst buying experiences! The boots arrived in a box that has been crushed, torn, on almost every side and yet when I complained I was told the box was not part of my purchase and they wouldn't replace them or even send me a label to return them!. Who ever heard of such a thing! When a business declared it's products the product box is part of that!
Every other company would sell products in damaged boxes as seconds!!!
These were supposed to be a present. Who wants to receive an item in box for their birthday that looks like it's been under a steam roller!! Just AWFUL customer service!!
