I went there to get my sim contracted but thankfully i never done that. Very unprofessional staff, if you are not their existing customer or whatever they dgaf. He just responded me so unprofessional and in customer support also rude as well. Will going to get any other company services. 🙂

Good shop excellent network to be on in the local area because it works there unlike the rest of the networks that struggle To provide a service In oldham O2 being the worst of them The staff in the shop were all excellent and do an Excellent Job I got my first bill this morning and everything was perfect Thanks to All the Staff

Popped in as my contract with 02 had expired and I was looking to see if they could get me a competitive deal. Dealt with quickly and efficiently by one of their staff members and they answered any qnd all questions about my wants and needs. I was in there for less than 25 minutes and I came out with a newer phone and around 6 pounds cheaper than my 02 contract.

Need to train staff correctly!! paid £156 in may for my contract to be ended early only for the guy in the shop not to processed this and was still having to pay my monthly bills on my old contract till this issue was sorted. This is very poor customer service and will be making a formal complaint!
