I first called Creare when our previous web design company vanished, leaving our website in a total mess. I called Creare and they agreed to take on a complex, messy job and fix the website which a lot of companies wouldn't do at the time. The work they did was excellent and the quality of service was brilliant. Chris was always very happy to help and with his experience, we developed new ideas to take the website forward and create a great user experience. Will continue to use them for our marketing in the future.

Chris Hoppit was very impressive, however after one year my website was not completed to fulfil original request. Chris ignoring and refusing to discuss my project. Emma is 3rd project manager who deal with my project and she is more interesting to get more money for service we already agreed with Chris, rather then to complete job. Chris promised to do website within 4 months and 12 months and not yet finished.
Not honest and very poor service.

We were approached by Creare over a year ago now at a time when I was actively looking for a new company to look after our SEO campaign following from the disastrous results achieved by the company who had previously managed the campaign. This particular company had used tactics that ended up gaining us numerous google penalties so I decided it was time to take action and seek a new company to help resolve this. After numerous meetings with Creare, we decided the best path was to build a new updated website of which was done very impressively. I have been dealing with Fallon now for a number of months and she always keeps in touch on a regular basis and also keeps me updated with how things are progressing with the campaign (something which was a rarity with the previous company).
