Friendly, helpful service to explain the system if you're new to it, and a great choice of competitively priced products on refill plus bottles and dispensers etc. sold if you need them. The orange conditioner and grapefruit handwash are lovely scents and good quality. I appreciate the clear vegan labelling - and being allowed to bring my bike in! 💖

Really like the ambiance at Kilo, it's not pretentious or overbearing just right. Staff are helpful and it has a decent selection of produce. I hope it stays this way as it transitions onto new ownership.

They provide clean glass jars donated by customers if you happen to walk past and have not got your own containers.

Very impressed by the variety of produce sold by this shop. I got some nice, healthy snacks and they live up to the zero waste reputation. Definitely going back for my supply of freshly ground coffee and sugar free, unpackaged granola.

Adore this place! Friendly staff, great selection of spices, nuts, condiments, snacks, you name it! They even have some specialty items. Seem high quality and fair priced (even if it costs a little more, I am perfectly happy to support small business and reduce waste). They have containers in store you can grab for free. Will definitely be a regular customer from now on ¨̮
