Overall, this store is a good branch of the Co-op. Some of the interior feels a little outdated, and is in line with the older Co-op branding. Despite this, the store feels clean and does not seem to be in need of a revamp. Some ranges are a little small, but this to be expected from a convenience store. All shelves were stocked well, including the bakery section. The layout was slightly confusing, and some more signage at the end of aisles would help with this. This branch of Co-op is worth a visit if you are in the area and in need of some essentials.

Its like you go back in time in this store. As if the 50s are back. So old and crammed full of boring weird items and the staff look so miserable and are unhelpful. Lots of cars get broken into here too. I did meet a lovely black lady who helped me when I had some questions, she was nice. Security guard looks like he suspects everyone of stealing but was at least smiling. The other staff were miserable.

This is my local coop store and I always come here and all the staff are fantastic, BUT your new member of staff is very, VERY rude and totally unhelpful. I cannot believe he is a team leader, he has no manners at all. When you talk to him he just walks away and you have to ask him things a few times and he either says he doesn't know or his answer will be NO. I have now found out his name as I don't want this to reflect on any other member of staff, he is called Owais. He is really letting the store down.

Very friendly staff. Amazing selection of stuff.. I feel like I can always find whatever it is I’m looking for here. Very clean area. They always have security available. One of the security guard (Umar) is very friendly and is always ready to help you if you need help with anything and goes out of his way for others. Amazing place to go to!!! I would definitely recommend it!!

This store is a Covid hotspot- I would avoid this store like the plague (you will probably catch it from here). I have just been into this store where a customer was walking around with a mask around his chin. Rather than being asked to wear it properly he was joking and laughing with the male employee who had his own mask under his nose. The employee then proceeded to serve this customer and took his mask OFF to serve him all the while laughing and joking and expelling potential covid droplets into the air and potentially onto the next customer that he serves. This same employee then allowed a man into the store who had no mask on to collect his shopping which was right round the till area and meant that I had to stand right next to someone who potentially had covid with no mask on whilst he waited for his shopping. This is a joke- we are in the middle of a pandemic in case some people hadn't noticed and I don't expect to be exposed to potential covid any more than strictly necessary because people can't be bothered to wear their masks. Utterly disgraceful would give 0 stars if I could.

Popped in after a long drive to get a couple of things today 1630 hrs. Hot weather notwithstanding, I put my mask on and disinfected hands and basket. Six customers in the shop UNMASKED, not DISTANCING, couldn’t be BOTHERED to protect OTHERS (obviously have no concern for their own family’s lives). I was shocked. Put my basket down and left. Hope I didn’t pick up the virus in Co-Op!

Poor management. Queues normally round the corner as one member of staff tries to work. The others just walk around hiding or checking stock. Really poor
