Mohamed was super helpful. You can leave your contact details with him and he will let you know when he has new products in. He will also show you around the shop and show you what product he has and will offer you great deals and great prices that are competitive to other shops that have been to best prices that I found in London so far really appreciated the assistance too.

I visited this shop yesterday, I had to buy some products and they have lots of variety and special offers going on as prices are gone up everywhere but this was the only shop that still has reasonable prices. The staff are very welcoming and very helpful. I will be shopping here from now on.

They have a good range of products, but twice now I have been in there and the guy behind the counter has insulted my hair, telling me multiple times that I have very thin hair. I didn’t ask for his opinion, I was just at the till paying for my stuff. I am in my 20s and do not have thinning hair, just wear it gelled back sometimes. I think they are trying to upsell some product of theirs, but each time I have left feeling upset and self conscious.

There are also members of staff lurking at every corner, presumably under the assumption that the average customer is a thief. Won’t be returning - there’s another shop pretty much across the street that sells the exact same stuff, with friendly staff.

If you're a young female, DO NOT GO HERE!! The guy working there wouldn't quit trying to talk to me. I ignored him, trying to send the message that I wasn't interested, but he only persisted on trying to engage with me. I felt extremely uncomfortable, especially since the time before (when I went with my mum) he used to ask about my nationality. I won't ever be coming back here again!!
