Decent Co-Op offering all the usual convenience you would expect. They also have a nice pastry selection, self-service checkouts and a decent carpark. Based on my visit I would recommend.

I noticed that there were loads of gaps on the shelves. Plenty of staff filling up, so perhaps we had arrived just after the delivery?
This is the first time I'd been to Stamford Bridge Co-op since its major refurb/rebuild.
Oh my goodness, what went wrong? It's like York maze but less fun. The aisles are narrow, tall and confusing.
Only 3 stars. And I'm in a generous mood!!!

Terrible member of staff working in there today 23/06/24 between 5:30-6:30pm. Younger, short guy. Horrendous attitude problem. Made it quite clear he was peeved that he'd had to come and serve me at the till. I would have used the self service but they were all card only and I only had cash on me. No hello/ please/ thank you. I was perfectly polite so have no idea what his problem was. Virtually threw my change at me whilst giving me a filthy look and quickly turned his back and walked away without a word. Very poor customer service experience. How he has landed in a customer facing role is beyond me.

Very poor selection of sandwiches for the meal deal, the fridge is always at least 80% empty when I get there on a morning. Reduced items left on shelves after sell by/expiry date. Holes everywhere in the shelves where you would expect to see products.

Love our local co-op and the service and staff are usually all impeccable!
However a new member of staff this evening a younger guy with dark hair abd glasses had zero manners or customer service. Firstly i picked up something by the handle and it broke so fell all on the floor just as he was walking past and he didnt offer too helo also at the till dudnt once say please of thank you once! I was shocked everyone else is lovely and amazing but this guy was bloody rude.
Hope he moves on soon.

Visited Stamford bridge coop and was served by Harry. I struggled with membership card as it is not in the same place where the cash card reader is. I felt like he was talking down to me, as I was also struggling with bottles and food and a big plastic screen in front of me, no offer of assistance, just impatient enough to start serving another customer, if there was another food shop in Stamford Bridge I would definitely not go back to the coop.

Great to have the store open again. Good range of products. Modern feel to the store, aisles can be a bit tight if a few people are in same area. Overall a big improvement.

Tried to use self service checkout. Bought a paper and got stuck in a permanent loop - remove item from bagging area, then - put item in bagging area. Otherwise store fine - it's what you would expect.
