This is the 3rd time I've been overcharged, 1st time may have been accidental, 2nd time I noticed immediately and said something, 3rd time it happened again so I left my items there and will never go back. Does he think because we're in a rush we won't notice? Unnecessarily adding £1 or £2 to customers. Imagine he does this to 30 people a day?

To inform you that Aksu refused to collect my parcels. I had four small packages, but they told me they would only take two because they always argue with the driver and claimed Yodel wouldn’t collect until Monday. This turned out to be a lie, as the tracking shows the driver arrived just two hours after I left the packages.

The people behind the counter are extremely unhelpful and very rude. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt having not had a great experience here before, but all 3 times I have been and been served by different people, it has been the same. I wanted to collect a parcel and the provider had not sent me an email or barcode. I don’t know why because the same provider did send both of these when I’ve used other shops. Both times the men behind the counter have accused me of doing it wrong and have not even attempted to help. I calmly asked for help or a suggestion for what they could do and they curtly said they couldn’t help “no code no parcel”. I’m really frustrated not just because I think their system has an error, but because they were both very rude and accused me of doing it wrong.

Regular customer. They use to be friendly but not very professional anymore when it come locating your delivered parcels. I don't think they could read English language. Their attitude towards their regular customer was very unprofessional eventhough Yodel
Barcode was not given an email was sent to Aksu Supermarket and myself as proof, it still was not enough for them to give my paid parcel to me.I will not be returning their. Not even a smile you don't get .

It's 24hr which is good but a couple of tips. When you buy, check the price of what you are buying and if you are paying cash, check what you are being charge and the change you get
Example
Today- 59p energy drink and a 59p can of Pepsi rang up at £1.95 (manual typing) out of £10 I got £8 back. Not only charged too much I didnt receive change back. This happened fairly often, depending on who's behind the till. I only go as it's the only thing open at 05:30 am when I head to work.
The drinks are still cheap compared to other places but yes, some of the staff do rip you off

Beware of using card payments, they just put the amount and faceing the card machine towards them thus customers can't see the amounts on screen, better always check the amounts on screen before taping contactless or ask for receipts!
