Went in to replace screen. Paid £65 pounds, new screen doesn't work as well (sometimes is non-responsive) and the speakers are raspy as a result of the work they did.
I went back but the guy said there's nothing they can do, and refused to give me a refund as "the owner wouldn't allow it".
Don't go there.

Believe the reviews! Under no circumstances should you use this repair service. They fiddled with my laptop fixing it temporarily but it stopped again. When I went back, they said, I broke it and nothing I can do about it.

Terrible Vapes, literally finish after a few puffs. Bought a reusable vape from them and it didn’t work as it was faulty. Refused to give me a refund because he said I left it sideways.

They sold me three items - one of which I tried and it didn’t work. The other two the charity I work for ended up not needing.

I was told to bring them back in the packaging if I needed to return them.

I tried to return them the following week (when I was back in the area) and they refused to take anything. They were very rude - shouting and saying I must have used them for something (even though two were unopened). I wouldn’t buy anything from them. If it doesn’t work you won’t get your money back.

After much haggling they offered to give me a voucher to buy something else from there instead of the refund they should have given. I reluctantly took this.
But have little hope that anything I get from this will work.

I brought my phone back to change the screen.. they didn't tell me that the screen was not an Apple one.. my screen started to bug.. I understand better why it is eager to get paid.. I had to change the screen of my phone again.. avoid, don't trust them...

I brought my sons laptop in here to get the screen fixed. When I went to pick it up once it was finished the screen had been replaced but they had broken all the frame of the laptop and it was all snapped because they must hacked away at the computer to remove the old screen. They handed me back the laptop app broken and thought it was acceptable, didn’t even offer to fix it for me. Instead they tried to glue in front of me but made a huge mess of it. I would personally not use this shop because they clearly don’t have the experience when fixing customers items. He was extremely rude when I challenged him and didn’t think he had done anything wrong!

Sold me a defective vape that they say is non-refundable despite asking at the time of purchase what the return policy was. They are violating uk consumer rights and refusing a refund on a defective item that after a week has stopped working with no damage or user error.

I would not buy anything from the shop again and highly encourage others to avoid it.
