I went to pick up a parcel on the day of Storm Bert with snow and slush in York. Having a hip problem I consider myself disabled and feel very vulnerable but the young lady behind the counter was THE BEST. She helped me find my package by holding my hand and taking me to the back of the store to identify my package and then took the package to my car and placed it inside. A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO HER.

IS THIS A JOKE ? I Ordered something online to be delivered to BNT , on arrival i was told I need to go through all the parcels myself ( despite the fact I paid for the service online so i was expecting to actually receive a service I paid for! ) I went through all the parcels twice myself , no parcel in my name to be seen , I provided online proof of delivery only to be told by a rude staff member that
it's not their problem .
It's like going to a restaurant for a meal only to be told that I need to cook the food myself and serve myself too !!! And now onto more hassle with contacting the company I bought the goods from and try to prove to them i haven't managed to pick my parcel up , claim the refund , wait for it , etc . I think owner of the shop should take notice as they are the only ones who care and are polite. The lady behind the counter clearly more interested in eating than serving customers, very rude as well ! I have collected parcels from many different shops before but this one is the ruddest out of all , and nowhere else you are responsible for finding your own parcel !!! AVOID !

Great little local store. Sells a bit of everything.
Run by a lovely family who are friendly and helpful.
They also take Evri deliveries and returns so you can collect your parcels here or send things back.

Missing parcels but SHEIN and EVRi have said my parcel was at BnT and that they haven’t received it back to send it back to EVRi so someone has my parcel and I’d like it please

Always got the things you need, even down to lazy garlic, olives and lemon meringue pie. Parcel sending service and they sell stamps too. Good family run local business.

Hi on Google it says you close at 9pm and on Evri (Hermes) it says you close at 9.30pm for parcel drop off but on arriving at the shop tonight it seems you close at 8.30pm. Would be great if you could change your times on the relevant sites mentioned above. Thanks very much 🙂
